TL;DR

Visibly AI shows how often ChatGPT and Gemini mention and recommend your brand when shoppers ask them what to buy, how you compare with competitors, and what to change to appear in more AI answers. This guide takes you from sign-up to your first AI Visibility Score.

1. Create your account
Go to visiblyai.app/signup, enter your name, email and a password, accept the terms and click Create account.
We email you a verification link. You can start setup straight away, but until you click the link the dashboard shows a reminder with a Send verification link button.
2. Set up your brand
Setup has six short steps and takes about a minute. If you leave halfway, you can pick up where you stopped with Resume setup.
- Welcome. Click Get started.
- Your website. Enter your brand's website, for example https://www.yourbrand.com.
- Confirm your brand details. We analyse your website and pre-fill your brand name, industry and description. Check them, edit anything that's off, and add brand aliases (other names shoppers use for you). Then click Confirm and continue. Your AI Visibility Score starts calculating in the background.
- Add your competitors. Search for the brands you compete with, or create one with its name and website. You can skip this step and add competitors later.
- Brand prompts. We generate the questions shoppers are likely to ask AI assistants in your category: broad, use-case, competitor and branded prompts. Edit them, regenerate or remove any you don't want, or add your own.
- Choose your plan. See the next section.
If your store is password-protected, we can't read it and you'll see We can't reach your store. Remove the password and click Check again, or give us the store password so we can analyse it. You can also continue anyway. AI assistants can't see a password-protected store either, so your visibility will stay low until it's public.
3. Choose a plan
When setup is done, the plan picker opens over your dashboard. Paid plans start with a free trial: you won't be charged today, and we remind you the day before the trial ends. You can also choose Continue with Free to stay on the Free plan without a card. Plans differ in how many prompts, competitors and products you can track, which AI assistants are tracked, and how often your data refreshes. Compare them on the pricing page.
Your first AI Visibility Score takes a few minutes to calculate. You can choose a plan while it runs. Have a promo code? Click Have a promo code? in the plan picker.
4. Find your way around

How prompts refresh
- Paid plans re-run your prompts automatically on your plan's schedule. Automatic runs don't use credits. The Prompts page shows when each prompt runs next.
- On demand. Click Refresh now on a prompt to run it straight away. This uses credits, and the confirmation shows how many before you go ahead. If a run fails, its credits come back to your balance automatically.
- On the Free plan, prompts refresh only when you run them. Upgrade to have them refresh automatically.
Your first prompt runs start as soon as your plan is active and usually take a few minutes.
